Price drops we have checked

A drop is judged against recent selling prices, not against a struck-through list price. The live figure is on Amazon.

What it is

PickWell price drops is a list of products from our shortlists whose current Amazon price sits below what they have recently been selling for.

How a drop is judged

Against recent selling prices, not against a struck-through list price. A price that only dips during sale events and returns afterwards is treated as the normal price, not a drop.

Where the price comes from

Amazon. Prices are live and can change at any time, so we link to the listing rather than reprinting a figure that would be stale within hours.

Common questions

How does PickWell decide something is a real price drop?

By comparing the current price with what the product has recently been selling for, rather than with the manufacturer list price the percentage is usually calculated from.
